Marc Fegan has over 15 years experience across sales and lettings and in January 2020 he decided that enough was enough.
Having been employed with several different estate agents in a wide variety of roles Marc decided that there was a better way to do estate agency. He believed in a more personal experience, one where a trust and friendship is built with his clients not simply a business relationship! Hence the name Marc Fegan - Bespoke Estate Agent.
His face is on his boards for a reason, to show his customers that it is him they are entrusting their sale to, to show his customers that he is the face of his company but also to show them that he is there whenever they need him, only a phone call away at anytime of the day.
When you are selling your home you need to know that the most experienced person is involved in all aspects of this from valuation, viewings, offer negotiation through to sales progression and that it Marc's vision, to be that person for each one of his clients.
The business is located in Lurgan, Co. Armagh but given Marc's vast knowledge of various locations he will be covering from Lurgan to Belfast and anywhere in-between.
