Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agency
With almost two decades in the property industry, Marc’s passion for helping people move home has never been stronger. From a young age, he set his sights on gaining the experience needed to launch his own estate agency right here in his hometown — a dream that became reality almost six years ago.
Since then, Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agency has gone from strength to strength, building a reputation as the most trusted, forward-thinking agent in the area. Marc leads the business with a hands-on approach, a deep understanding of the local market, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional results for every client.
Beyond the business, Marc is passionate about supporting the local community — from
sponsoring local sports teams to volunteering as an underage coach and helping fundraise for his children’s schools. Away from work, he enjoys a busy family life with his wife Katie and their three children — Thea, Charlie, and Rion. A keen sports enthusiast, Marc still plays football, enjoys running and golf, and never turns down a friendly game of poker with friends.
I’ve been working with Marc for just over four and a half years — in fact, I was the very first team member at Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agency. It’s been amazing to see how far we’ve come, growing the business and the team into what it is today.
I’m originally from Templepatrick, so I’m what the locals lovingly call a bit of a “blow-in” to the Lurgan area. But after a few years, a husband, a cat, and now a baby on the way — I think it’s safe to say I’ve well and truly put down roots here.
I’m married to Gavin, and we share our home with our wee cat John — who, let’s be honest, thinks he’s in charge. By the time you’re reading this, we’ll (hopefully!) have just welcomed our precious miracle baby into the world — and I’ll be surviving on coffee, cuddles, and very little sleep.
Tony has been an important part of the Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agency team for the past few years, helping out as the business continues to grow. In his role as Viewings Assistant, he loves getting out and about, meeting new people, and seeing a wide variety of homes — something that keeps him active and engaged during his retirement years.
Known for his friendly and approachable nature, Tony makes every viewing experience welcoming and relaxed. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family — especially babysitting his grandchildren — and keeps himself fit with regular games of golf and trips to the gym.
Originally from Australia, I made the big move to Lurgan eight years.
I joined Marc Fegan Estate Agency in July 2024 because I was drawn to Marc’s reputation, reliability, and genuine approach to people and property. What stood out to me was that we listen, advise, and deliver — we’re real people with real lives, families, and a passion for what we do.
For me, the best part of this job is the people — building relationships, hearing their stories, and being part of such a big moment in their lives. It’s a real honour to help guide clients through that journey with trust, communication, and care.
Outside of work, life is wonderfully busy (and slightly chaotic!). I’ve been married for 15 years — though I still don’t feel old enough to say that — and our three kids keep us on our toes with football, soccer, Gaelic, netball, and swimming. I love cheering them on and spending family time together; Friday night movie nights are a favourite in our house. I also enjoy running when I get the chance for a bit of “me time,” and I love the rare quiet moments with my husband when life slows down a little.
I’m the funny Australian of the team — honest, reliable, and always up for a laugh — and I’m proud to bring that energy and integrity into everything I do.
Hi! I’m Aoife, and I’ve been working for Marc Fegan Estate Agency for two and a half years now. I work here part-time while also studying to become a counsellor, which has been such a rewarding and eye-opening journey for me.
I’m usually the first voice you’ll hear when you call us, and I’m always happy to help wherever I can!
Outside of work and study, I’m a fluent Irish speaker and passionate about keeping the language alive. I spend most of my free time with my fiancé Kyle and our sausage dog, Obi. Kyle and I are currently in full wedding-planning mode for next October, which is both exciting and a bit chaotic (in the best way!).
I’m also a big fan of Canva and love getting creative with it - so if you spot a funky design on our socials or website, there’s a good chance I had a hand in it!
Whether it’s a friendly voice on the phone or a pop of colour on our socials, I'll always try to brighten someone’s day.

I initially spent a year at university before realising I wanted to take a more hands-on route and gain real industry experience. That’s when I reached out to Marc and joined the team — I knew straight away that property was the career path for me.
Since then, I’ve developed a real passion for matching clients with the perfect home and making the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. I love building relationships and take pride in providing a professional, approachable service that people can rely on.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active through boxing and golf, and I love travelling whenever I get the chance to explore new places.
